If you only need certain files or folders from a link, rather than the entire contents, you can request a partial download by contacting our support team at support@baidudl.cloud. Include your link and specify which files or folders you want, and we’ll process the job manually for you. Do not submit the link directly with a subfolder or path selected in the URL. Some cloud storage services let you navigate into a folder and copy that folder’s URL. Our processing system does not currently detect these paths automatically, and the job will be evaluated against the full size of the original link. This can cause it to fail with a file size limit error even if the files you actually want are small enough for your plan. To avoid this, always submit the root link and let us know your selection via email.
